Diana began her journey with Bionetix® in 2010 as a biochemist with a strong interest in environmental microbiology. During her early years at the company, she completed her master’s in chemical engineering with a focus on environmental cleanup and wastewater engineering, further strengthening her expertise in sustainable biotechnology. Over the years, she has displayed exemplary skills in microbiology, communication, and strategy, paired with a positive work ethic that has played a pivotal role in the success of Bionetix® technologies around the world. Based on her exceptional leadership of the sales and technical teams, she was promoted to Vice President and Managing Director in 2025 and now oversees the entire business unit, spearheading development of the organizational strategy and structure to support Bionetix® International's growth and evolving demands within the rapidly expanding global biosolutions market.
