ECL Lipase™

Advanced Enzyme/Microbe Concentrate for Cleaning

Formula: Liquid

Class: Enzyme

ECL1200™ is a high efficiency industrial lipase enzyme produced by non-pathogenic fungi. Lipases are known for their ability to catalyze the hydrolysis or breakdown of insoluble fats and oils (triglycerides) and facilitate the release of monoglycerides, diglycerides, glycerol, and free fatty acids at the oil-water interface. They are commonly used in various industrial applications, including the food, pulp and paper, feed, leather tanning, and laundry industries.

Features & Benefits

Facilitates lipid breakdown and digestion
Improves textures
Aids in stain removal
Increases efficiency of various manufacturing processes

Food processing and ingredient manufacturing
Pulp and paper processing
Animal feed production
Leather tanning operations
Laundry and industrial detergent formulations

Chemical Manufacturing, HI&I Cleaning & Formulating

Available in bulk, and 25kg pail.

These are biological building blocks — spore blends, biosurfactants, enzymes, nutrients, and stimulants — designed for formulators (e.g., manufacturers of cleaners, waste-treatment products) to incorporate into their own products.
The microorganisms and enzymes in the concentrates help break down organic contaminants, liquefy waste, and degrade odor-causing compounds.

There are specialized concentrates for different challenges: for instance, ones that digest fats/oils/hydrocarbons (e.g., petrochemical-related), or those targeting starches, proteins, and more general organic waste or odor sources.

Yes — many concentrates are designed to be diluted to create a ready-to-use (RTU) product. You can also add your own fragrance, colorants, or other formulation ingredients.
Because they’re concentrated and biologically active, only a small amount is needed, making them economical. They also improve cleaning or waste-degrading power, reducing reliance on harsher chemicals.
Yes. Bionetix uses non-pathogenic, naturally occurring microorganisms.
Absolutely — Bionetix offers technical expertise to help develop custom formulations using their concentrates.
