Caleb started working at Cortec® in 2012 as a contract-to-hire chemical engineer for the R&D arm of the company. During his first two years he provided technical service support, completed projects, and performed testing. He quickly rose to the position of Production Manager in 2014 and Director of Manufacturing in 2017. In 2022, CEO Boris Miksic created the role of Chief Operating Officer with Caleb in mind, putting him in charge of operations at Cortec® and Bionetix®. In 2025, Caleb was promoted to the role of President, expanding his responsibilities to include broader oversight over Cortec® Corporation (including Bionetix® and Singapore offices) under the direction of Boris.
