Mathias serves as Laboratory Manager at Bionetix®, where he leads Innovation, Fermentation, Compliance, Quality, and Safety initiatives with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement. With a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from UQAM (University of Quebec in Montreal) and experience as a chemist since 2011, he brings extensive expertise in formulation development and microbial product optimization. Since joining Bionetix® in 2016, Mathias has played a key role in advancing product innovation and maintaining high-quality standards across the organization. Known for his strategic thinking, optimistic outlook, and customer-focused mindset, he ensures that every formulation meets both regulatory expectations and real-world application needs.
