Zhi Xin (Monica) Yang, known to her colleagues as Monica, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bishop’s University. She joined Bionetix® International in March 2006 and currently serves as Office Manager. In her role, Monica oversees a wide range of responsibilities including accounting, payroll, ISO, administration, and customer service. Her dedication, precision, and leadership have made her an essential part of the company’s daily operations and ongoing success.

Monica completed ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System training in 2007 and later updated her qualifications with ISO 9001:2015 training through SGS in 2021, ensuring the company maintains high standards of quality and operational excellence. Before joining Bionetix®, Monica acquired seven years of experience in accounting and business in China, giving her a strong foundation in financial and administrative operations across international markets.
