In 1996, Bionetix® started its journey of supplying biosolutions to the world, harnessing the natural capabilities of microorganisms to biodegrade pollutants and enhance the environment.
In 2010, the acquisition of Bionetix® International by Cortec® Corporation launched both companies into a new level of potential within the specialty chemicals market, driven by the vision of Cortec® founder and CEO, Boris Miksic, to expand from environmentally responsible, biobased corrosion solutions, into biological treatments within the life sciences industry.
